But I think this is the cutest ‘ gift ‘ idea for a 21st birthday. My friend’s mom put together a basket with 21 fruity alcoholic bottles (anything from margaritas, flavored beer, daquiri’s, etc.) and then tied a $1 scratch lotto ticket on each bottle ….. You can come up with something great for very cheap ! For the flowers , we went to a wholesale flower shop and bought everything we needed to make the bridesmaids bouquets and boutonnières (I did have them make my bouquet).
